Our Motivation

Both Sid and I are old enough to qualify for social security benefits.  Daily we create an ever-growing collection of work that will soon need future caretakers. 

That realization sparked the crazy idea to open this small pop-up gallery. 

What is a Pop Up Gallery?

A pop-up art gallery is an ephemeral exhibition space typically located in non-traditional venues such as vacant storefronts, perhaps a warehouse. In our case, we co-share about 600 sq. ft of space with the leasing office for a mini storage facility. 

Permanent art galleries adhere to rigid business guidelines.  

Pop-up galleries are flexible. Hours of operation often last short periods of time. We intend to be in business permanently, open seasonally, during planned special events or by appointment. 

Rather than babysitting a storefront in hopes of walk-ins, we prefer to be creating in our studios and meet folks by appointments catered to their needs.  Additionally, we created this website allowing you to comfortably peruse at your will.
